استقبل السيد/ خليل الجابر المدير التنفيذي للأكاديمية الأولمبية القطرية اليوم في مقر الأكاديمية الأولمبية القطرية وفداً من جامعة الدوحة للعلوم والتكنولوجيا برئاسة الدكتور/ سالم بن ناصر النعيمي "رئيس الجامعة".
ضم الوفد كلاً من :
• الدكتور سالم بن ناصر النعيمي - رئيس الجامعة
• السيد حمد الكواري - مدير إدارة التعليم المستمر والمهني
• السيد توني مارتن - مدير الرياضة والصحة
• الدكتور فريد صالح - عميد كلية العلوم الصحية بالإنابة
• السيدة مروة النحاس - محاضرة في كلية ادارة الأعمال
في بداية الزيارة رحب السيد خليل الجابر بوفد الجامعة الزائر، وقدم لهم شرحاً عن الأكاديمية ونشأتها وأهدافها وما تقدمه من برامج ودورات لتطوير الحركة الرياضية والتعليمية في دولة قطر والمنطقة.
وفي المقابل قام الدكتور سالم النعيمي شرحاً تفصيلياً عن الجامعة والتخصصات التي تقدمها للدارسين.
وفي ذات الاجتماع تبادل الطرفان خلال الزيارة سبل التعاون المشترك لتحقيق الأهداف التي يسعى لها الجانبان من خلال إقامة برامج مشتركة في العديد من المجالات التي تخدم المجتمع.
ثم قام السيد/ خليل الجابر باصطحاب الوفد في جولة بمبنى الاكاديمية والتعرف على القاعات الدراسية والامكانيات والخدمات المتوفرة.
اطلع الوفد الزائر على ما تحتويه مكتبة الاكاديمية من كتب ومراجع ومصادر وامكانيات تخدم الدارسين والمختصين.
وفي نهاية الزيارة قام السيد/ خليل الجابر بإهداء الدكتور/ سالم النعيمي درعاً تذكارياً للاكاديمية شاكراً له هذه الزيارة متمنيا أن تحقق أهدافها.

Tashkent - Uzbekistan – January 26, 2026: The 46th Asian Olympic Council meeting in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, witnessed the signing of an important memorandum of understanding between the Qatari Olympic Academy and the Saudi Olympic Academy, in a step that enhances regional and Gulf sports cooperation. The agreement, signed by the Qatari Olympic Academy with the Saudi Olympic Academy, aims to strengthen cooperation in the field of developing sports training cadres.
