DOHA – The Qatar Olympic Academy (QOA) will hold the graduation ceremony for students of batches 12th and 13th of Advanced Sport Management Course for the academic year 2022-2023 at the Qatar Olympic Committee Headquarters on Tuesday.
Tuesday graduation ceremony will be organized under the auspices of the President of the Qatar Olympic Committee and the QOA , H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani at 9:30 AM at the Losail Hall at the QOC building.
On this occasion, the Qatar Olympic Academy will launch its new look website to help students and trainees be more accessible to the educational, academic and sport services proved by the QOA.
The QOA was selected by the IOC to be among the first 20 Olympic committees in the world to implement this program, which was launched in 2008. Since its inception, more than 500 students from inside and outside the country have taken part in the program.

Twenty-five research projects at the conclusion of the Sports Management Diploma
Doha: The Qatari Olympic Academy concluded last Thursday the activities of the seventh and final semester of the Olympic Sports Institutions Management Diploma program, in which the students presented their graduation projects and research for this program, which the academy is holding in its fourteenth edition with significant and widespread participation from within and outside the State of Qatar.

Doha: Mr. Khalil Ibrahim Al-Jaber, Executive Director of the Qatar Olympic Academy, received His Excellency Mr. Ahmadullah Watigh, Head of the Sports Directorate of the Afghan Olympic Committee, and his accompanying delegation at the academy's headquarters this Thursday morning. They are currently visiting Doha to discuss ways to cooperate with Qatari institutions to develop Afghan sports in various fields. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Naeem Wardak, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Afghanistan in the State of Qatar, as well as the team of the Qatari Olympic Academy.

Doha: The Qatari Olympic Academy concluded last Thursday the activities of the sixth semester of the Olympic Sports Management Diploma program, titled "Organizing and Managing Sports Events," with the participation of more than thirty male and female students from within Qatar and abroad. The lectures for this semester lasted for three days, from September 17 to September 19.
