DOHA – The  Qatar Olympic Academy (QOA) will hold the graduation ceremony for students of batches 12th and 13th of  Advanced Sport Management Course for the  academic year  2022-2023 at  the Qatar Olympic Committee Headquarters on Tuesday.

 

Tuesday  graduation ceremony  will  be  organized  under  the auspices of  the  President of  the  Qatar Olympic Committee and the QOA ,  H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani at  9:30  AM at the  Losail Hall at  the QOC building.  

 

On this occasion, the  Qatar Olympic Academy will  launch its new  look website to  help  students and trainees be more accessible to the  educational, academic and sport services proved by the QOA.

 

The QOA was selected by the IOC to be among the first 20 Olympic committees in the world to implement this program, which was launched in 2008. Since its inception, more than 500 students from inside and outside the country have taken part in the program.

The 15th edition of the Sports Management Diploma Program has been launched.

**Doha:** The Qatar Olympic Academy has launched the 15th edition of the Advanced Diploma in Sports and Olympic Organizations Management, in partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Olympic Academy. The event was attended by approximately 55 male and female participants from various sports, administrative, and academic backgrounds, both from within Qatar and abroad. Among the attendees were prominent Qatari and Gulf athletes, including national football star and Al-Wakrah player Abdelkarim Hassan, handball star Youssef Ben Ali from Al-Rayyan, and national skydiving team player Samad Abdullah. Additionally, former football stars such as Iraq’s Nashat Akram, Kuwait’s Khaled Al-Fadhli, Fahad Al-Ansari, Ahmed Ma’dath, and Hamad Al-Anzi, as well as Oman’s Badr Al-Maimani, joined the program. The program also attracted several administrative leaders, including Saud Al-Mejmed, Director of National Teams in Kuwait, Hadi Al-Yami, President of Najran Club, Hamad Al-Dosari, Executive Director of Saudi Stars Club, and Abdullah Al-Fifi, Operations and Facilities Manager at Saudi’s NEOM Club, among other sports and administrative figures from across the Gulf and the Arab world.

Conclusion of the "Sports Injuries" Course with Diverse Participation from Learners

Doha: As part of the series of diverse training courses organized by the Qatar Olympic Academy through its academic agenda for the current year, the academy successfully concluded the "Sports Injuries" course, which was held over five days from February 16th to 20th.
